Production Company Research

Regency Enterprises are a subsidiary company of 20th Century Fox, and were founded in 1982 by an Israeli film director Arnon Milchan, who has worked on the likes of many globally known films such as '12 years a Slave', 'Big Mommas House', 'Fight Club' and many more. For the past two years it has been a film that Regency have been a part of producing that have won the Academy Award for Best Picture. Which is one of the biggest film awards recognised around the world.

Originally Milchan worked with Warner Bros but in 1997 he signed a 15 Year distribution pact with 20th Century Fox, in which they gave Regency $200 Million in return for the distribution right and also 20% stake in the company. Then when the pact was renewed in 2011, and Fox and Regency extended the deal up to 2022.

They have three different headquarters around the globe, the main one being in Los Angeles. There are also bases in London and Switzerland.
